The compiled FuelWatchers database, including aggregated fuel price information and analytics, is owned by FuelWatchers.

Acceptable Use

Public information may be used for:

• personal reference

• journalism with attribution

Prohibited Use

Without permission, users may not:

• scrape the FuelWatchers website
• copy large portions of the database
• resell platform data
• build competing services using extracted data

API Access

FuelWatchers may offer official APIs in the future for controlled data access.

API access may include:

• usage limits
• registration requirements
• attribution obligations
